About Us

Hello Friends!

My name is Christina, owner and designer of Sunshinetulipdesign party printables.  Wife to my high school sweetheart, mama to three amazing kids + their spouses + 3 grands.  After teaching three short years as an elementary teacher in Texas, I decided to stay home full time and raise our daughter.  Shortly after that decision, we moved back to our home state, Oklahoma.  We had two more kiddos, fast forward 24 years, and oh my goodness it has been the best ride!  I have loved every minute.  As my kids became older and the youngest graduated high school, I returned back to teaching for 9 years as an Elementary Art teacher. It was such a wonderful journey to share my passion of creation and art with children K-5 during that time!  Currently, I am officially "off duty" and done teaching but still inspiring through my party printables small business.

Being a full-time mom all those years was quite fulfilling! It also allowed my creative side to flourish whether it be crafting, a DIY home project or a garden project. Over the course of 24 years in between teaching, I have had the privilege of having a few types of small businesses working part-time from home while raising our kids.  The first being a mural painting and furniture refurbishing business. The second business being a memory preservation consultant and design team member for Creative Memories.  Currently, I have an online store and website where party printables can be purchased, as well as being a seller on Etsy since 2008.

In our family we love to celebrate life for any occasion!  Give me a reason and there should be a party!  This passion for parties was the inspiration behind Sunshinetulipdesign.  We provide exceptional printables to help the DIY enthusiast create for their life celebrations.
